It was just about time for us to brew another West Coast but this time we did it bigger, much bigger… with 20 g/L of Mosaic and Talus, pouring a yellow and shiny color, clear like the old books say, this Dipa is a dank beast! More than a tribute to a friend, this beer is a celebration of life. Enjoy each day as if it were your last because everything goes by too fast and there is no time to waste. Cheers to life!”
